At Neurotechnology Cloud UAB (company code: 302887397, address: Laisvės pr. 125A, Vilnius, Lithuania, email: info@neurotechnologycloud.com) and its affiliated entities we take User privacy and personal data protection very seriously. In this Privacy Policy we set data protection standards and describe how information from User (“User”) is collected, used, maintained and disclosed by Neurotechnology Cloud. This privacy policy applies to the Neurotechnologycloud.com website (“Site”) and all software products and related services offered by Neurotechnology Cloud. The aim of this Privacy Policy is to provide adequate and consistent safeguards for the handling personal data of potential client’s and existing clients’ data within Neurotechnology Cloud and its affiliated entities in accordance with the requirements of General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, “GDPR”) and other applicable data protection laws.

Collection and storage of personal information

We may collect personally-identifying information, including the IP address and other internet server provider related information, when User:

Visits the Site.
Registers on the Site.
Fills a form.
Subscribes for a newsletter.
Makes other activities connected to the Site, to Neurotechnology Cloud software products and cloud services.

We may process the following personal data provided by the User:

User’s submission of his/her personal data to the Site shall be regarded, among others, as User’s explicit consent to the processing of that personal data for one or more specified purposes listed in this Privacy Policy. Before submitting photos with other individuals to the Site User shall get their permission. Please note that the photos that User submits to Neurotechnology Cloud may be processed to allow unique identification or authentication of a person in the photo, but only if such processing is necessary to provide requested services. We will store User’s personal data for the duration of the agreement and limitation period as defined by applicable law or until the consent for direct marketing or other consent based data processing is revoked. User may visit the Site anonymously and refuse to provide personal information when asked, however, this may prevent User from using certain Site and services as well as evaluating services and software products provided by Neurotechnology Cloud. While User accesses the Site we may collect certain non-personally-identifying information:

Operation system.
Region of the world.
Other similar information.

We may use cookies – special files which browser may store on Users computer to retain certain information from visit to visit to the Site to enhance the Site user experience. User may switch off using of the cookies in User’s browser; however, some parts of the Site may not function properly. We will not collect any other personal data about you from other sources. In case you think we may have more of your personal data than you provided, you may request our support team support@neurotechnologycloud.com to provide you with all of your personal data that we have, and request it to be deleted. In such case you will have to prove your identity.

Use of personal information

We may use User’s personal information for:

Providing services requested by User.
Providing service demo for evaluation.
Managing User’s account.
Providing support and improving customer service.
Improving our Site and services.
Sending periodic promotion emails, newsletters and run other Site activities that may be useful for User.

We may use User’s email to send User information, updates, respond to inquiries, questions, promotional material etc. If User participates in the Site mailing list, User may receive company news, updates for related products or services, offerings, etc. User may choose to unsubscribe from the Site mailing list at any time by using detailed instructions provided in each mailing list email or by contacting us using email support@neurotechnologycloud.com.

Protection of personal information

We are making our best efforts to implement various technical and organisational measures to protect User’s personal information while User uses Neurotechnology Cloud website, software products and services. We are committed to taking appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, unlawful processing, accidental loss or damage, and unauthorized destruction. Sensitive personal information is transmitted using SSL protocol which is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. However, there are no completely secure methods for transmitting, processing and storing digital information and, therefore, we cannot guarantee that information will never be misused. User must also ensure the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data protection and compliance with applicable data protection law on his side. To take advantage of the right to be forgotten User must contact us with a request to delete his or her account and related personal data from our servers. Once account is deleted, we will erase all personal data User has provided to us. User, having any questions or complaints regarding the User’s personal data processing, can contact our Data Protection Officer directly via contact form.

Principles for processing personal data

We respect privacy rights and interests of each User. Neurotechnology Cloud and its affiliated entities will abide by the following principles when processing personal data:

Personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
Personal data will be collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and will be processed for in accordance with those purposes.
Personal data collection will be limited to what is necessary to provide requested services.

Personal data will be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed.
Personal data will be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.

User’s rights

Any User may inquire about the nature of his or her personal data stored or processed by Neurotechnology Cloud and its affiliated entities. All such requests for access may be made by contacting us by email support@neurotechnologycloud.com. If any personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, User may request to correct the data. It is User’s sole responsibility to provide us with accurate personal data about him or her and to inform of any changes. If User demonstrates that the purpose for which the data is being processed is no longer legal or appropriate, the data will be deleted, unless the law requires otherwise. If User’s personal data processing for a particular purpose is based on his/her consent, then User has the right to revoke his/her consent for such processing at any time and we will stop the processing of his/her personal data for such purpose immediately. The User has the right to request and get his/her personal data processed by us in computer readable format. We will respond free of charge to Users’ requests regarding their personal data processing without undue delay at latest within one month. We may reject such request if they will be considered unfounded or excessive, in which case we will provide rejection arguments.

Sharing of personal information

We do not disclose User’s personal information to anyone except if we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect our or others’ legal rights. This does not include trusted third parties which help us to operate our business and services as long as they agree to keep Users’ personally-identifying information confidential. We will require external third-party suppliers to comply with the Privacy Policy standards or to guarantee at least the same level of protection as ours when handling personal data. Such selected third parties will have access to certain personal data solely for the purposes of performing the services specified in the applicable contract. If we conclude that a supplier is not complying with these obligations, we will promptly take appropriate actions. Direct marketing

The Site, our software products and services are not designed for use by or to attract children. We do not collect any information from anyone who we actually know is under 16 years old. User’s acceptance of these terms

By using our Site, software products and services you agree to this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Site, software product and services after this Privacy Policy is changed implies you agree to the changed terms.
